Medical grade titanium for devices and implants

Medical device and implant manufacturers use commercially pure titanium (Gr1, Gr2) and Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Gr23) for their biocompatibility, corrosion resistance in body fluids and fatigue performance. Typical applications include orthopedic implants, spinal components, dental implants, surgical instruments and device housings.

Medical applications place strict requirements on chemistry, inclusions, surface finish and traceability. Materials are supplied with mill certificates and full heat traceability, in bar, wire, tube and sheet form, to the standard specified by the device manufacturer.

We supply medical grade titanium stock from Baoji with the documentation required for device manufacturing, and can support machining of components to drawing on request.
