We use inquiry data to prepare and send quotations, answer questions, prepare orders and shipments, and to communicate with you about your requirement. Server log data is used to keep the Site secure and available. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share inquiry data only with service providers that help us serve you (for example, courier and customs brokers for shipment, and email or IT providers), under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the People's Republic of China, where our company is located. 5. Data Retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet commercial, tax and customs record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes only.

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
