[ Material Performance ]
1. Mechanical property (annealed state): tensile strength ≥ 895MPa, yield strength ≥ 830MPa, elongation ≥ 10%; Density 4.51g/cm ³, much lower than steel;
2. Corrosion resistance: anti-corrosion and non-magnetic in seawater, acid and alkali and chloride ion environment;
3. Comprehensive characteristics: excellent low temperature performance, high temperature short-time withstand 400 ℃, argon arc welding, plasma welding, good cold stamping forming, low elastic modulus and fatigue resistance.

[ Process structure ]

1. The overall structure is α+β dual phase structure, the strength is enhanced by aluminum solid solution, and the plasticity is improved by vanadium stable β phase.
2. Process flow control: eliminate impurities in vacuum smelting; Cold rolling control plate flatness; Vacuum stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal stress of rolling; The finished products shall be subject to 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, and all layering and crack defects shall be removed; The surface is divided into pickled matte and polished bright plate. The internal structure of the thin plate is uniform without segregation, and the stamping is not easy to crack.

1. Aerospace: aircraft skin, air-deflector, thermal insulation sheet, airborne lightweight components;
2. Marine vessels: seawater pipeline liner plate, corrosion resistant cabin thin plate and shell of marine detection equipment;
